Net neutrality boomerangs at consumers when data-hogging stifles broadband providers
This week I was reminded of my favorite scene from the movie ‘Scarface.’ It is the scene where Tony Montana (played by Al Pacino) is talking to the dead body of a gangster he had just shot. Reproaching the dead man, Tony argues the notion that this whole situation might have been avoided, had he not been provoked into shooting.
